A stunning 3-acre estate situated atop the rolling hills just 5 minutes from the world-famous De Portola Wine Trail. Surrounded by award-winning wineries, picturesque sunsets, hiking trails & vista views of rolling hills & vineyards as far as the eye can see. The spacious 5 bedroom, 6 bath home features a huge kitchen for entertaining or family meals, stylish contemporary decor, & luxurious resort-style amenities.

Take a dip in the pool while overlooking the vineyards, or relax poolside in one of the spacious cabanas. No matter how you choose to enjoy yourself at Vineyard Villa, one thing is for sure- you'll never want to leave!

Beds: 5 king beds, 6 rollaway twin beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

We also provide some of the basic kitchen necessities: olive oil, vinegar, nonstick cooking spray, salt, pepper, etc.

Complete service for 30 people is provided.

Other items we supply: blow dryers in each bathroom, toilet paper (and backup rolls), hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, general cleaning supplies (like Clorox wipes), laundry detergent, vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, etc.

No Weddings or Wedding Receptions Allowed on this Property.

Pool and Spa Heating
We charge you for the propane used to heat the pool and spa. We request a deposit before we start heating the pool (or pre-heating it for your arrival). We meter your propane use during your stay, and we show you how to keep track of your usage. Upon checkout, we reconcile the deposit with your actual use and charge you our cost of $3/gallon.

Extra Person Fee
All of our rates are based on the standard double occupancy for King beds. When the occupancy exceeds the standard, we provide additional beds to accommodate more people. We provide all the linens, blankets and additional towels for the additional guests at a cost of $10/person per night. Please note that any persons over the age of 2 count towards the overall number of guests.

Pet Policy
We allow well trained, housebroken pets to stay at the home. We charge an additional $50/pet fee for the entire stay.

Smoking allowed outside ONLY. Please use the ashtrays provided.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.

A security hold of $500 will be placed on the credit card on file 2 days before the date of check in. This hold will be released within 1 week of check out.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
