NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS:
This home is located in an area of Riverside County that has VERY strict Noise Ordinances. These noise ordinances are as follows:
Between 8 am and 10 pm, the maximum decibel level is 45. This means (but is not limited to):
No amplified music
No excessive shouting/yelling
No vehicles with excessively loud exhaust
No overly loud music coming from vehicles
Between 10 pm and 8 am, the maximum decibel level is 25. This means:
NO NOISE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
These restrictions are throughout the property- INSIDE AND OUT. These ordinances must be adhered to at all times. If the ordinance is violated and a noise complaint is received, the guest will be fined $500. We also reserve the right to terminate the reservation at any time during a guest's stay if they do not comply.
If you are looking to have a party, this is NOT the home to rent. While we do allow very specific types of gatherings, this is not the home for large or overly loud events. Having family over for a BBQ during the day is considered a gathering. If you are unsure if your planned gathering is appropriate for this home, please ask. ALL gatherings must be pre-approved by TWC Villas, with the appropriate day-use/ event fees paid beforehand.
We ask our guests to begin lowering the noise level at 9:30 pm. We provide our guests with ONE (1) Bluetooth speaker that they can use between 8 am and 9:30 pm. NO OTHER SPEAKERS/SOUND SYSTEMS ARE ALLOWED. If it is reported to us that a different speaker is used, the guest will be fined the $500 noise complaint fee.
If you are unable to comply with these noise ordinances, please do not book this home. If you have questions regarding the noise ordinances, please ask BEFORE booking.
The owners of the home do live on-site but give the guests complete privacy unless they are needed.
NO pets allowed (we have a dog that loves people but doesn't like other animals on the property. This includes service animals)
This unit is on an 8+ acre mini ranch on a paved road in a private community and is surrounded by many ancient oak trees and granite boulders. It has a natural garden path down to a seasonal creek in the oaks, horseshoes, driving range area, bocce ball on the lawn near the natural pool, all outside the backdoor! A bar-b-que and outdoor fire pit are also available, with outdoor seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped. We also provide some of the basic kitchen necessities: olive oil, vinegar, nonstick cooking spray, salt, pepper, etc.
A complete service for 12 people is provided.
Other items we supply: blow dryers in each bathroom, toilet paper (and backup rolls), hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, general cleaning supplies (like Clorox wipes), vacuum cleaner, mop, broom, etc.
This home is equipped with high-speed Internet access and WiFi.
Pool and Spa Heating: We charge you for the propane used to heat the pool and spa. We request a deposit before we start heating the pool (or pre-heating it for your arrival). We meter your propane use during your stay, and we show you how to keep track of your usage. Upon checkout, we reconcile the deposit with your actual use and charge you our cost of $3/gallon.
To book this home, you must be 25 or older. NO children under the age of 13.
